Information we collect

• Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, hunt dates, party size, and any notes you add to a reservation request.
• Order details: items purchased, shipping address, and order history for gear bought in our shop.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials on our servers.
• Marketing preferences: the email address or mobile number you give us when you opt in to season updates, giveaways, and promotions.
• Basic usage data: pages visited and device or browser type, used only to keep the site fast and working correctly.

How we use your information

We use your information to confirm and manage hunt reservations, process deposits and balances, ship gear orders, answer your questions, keep accurate business and tax records, and, only if you opted in, send you season announcements, hunt availability, and promotions.

We do not sell your information

Frenzy Outdoors does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor (Square), email and text message delivery providers, and our hosting and database provider, and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Marketing emails and text messages

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the footer of any message. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a hunt you have booked or an order you have placed.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart contents, keep you signed in where applicable, and understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work correctly without them.

Our commitment to data security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our admin tools, and a payment processor that is PCI-DSS compliant. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard what you share with us and to limit access to staff who need it.

How long we keep information

We keep booking and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations under Kentucky and Ohio law. Marketing contact records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Youth hunters are booked by a parent or guardian, who provides any information needed for the hunt. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email frenzyoutdoors@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Residents of states with additional privacy rights may exercise those rights through the same address.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
