Agreement

By using frenzyoutdoors.com, booking a hunt, or purchasing gear from us, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you agree to them for every member of your party.

Bookings and deposits

A hunt is reserved when your deposit is received. Deposits are processed securely through Square and are applied to your hunt total. The remaining balance is due before arrival unless we agree otherwise in writing. Dates shown on the site are subject to availability until a deposit clears.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable, since holding a date takes that slot off the calendar for everyone else. If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible, when we can refill your dates, we will do our best to transfer your deposit to a future hunt. Hunts cancelled by Frenzy Outdoors due to conditions outside your control will be rescheduled or refunded.

Licenses, tags, and regulations

Every hunter is responsible for holding valid Kentucky or Ohio licenses and tags for the species and weapon being hunted, and for following all state game regulations. See our Hunting License Guide for current requirements and links to state resources. Hunters who violate game laws will be removed from the property without refund.

Safety and conduct

Firearm and treestand safety rules are non-negotiable. Hunters must follow guide instructions, wear required safety equipment, and hunt sober. We reserve the right to end a hunt without refund for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Assumption of risk and liability

Hunting involves inherent risks, including firearms, elevated stands, terrain, weather, wildlife, and travel. You accept those risks for yourself and your party. To the fullest extent permitted by Kentucky and Ohio law, Frenzy Outdoors, its guides, landowners, and staff are not liable for injury, illness, death, or property loss, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. A signed waiver may be required before your hunt begins.

No guarantee of harvest

We manage our properties hard and put you in the best position we can, but wild game is wild. Fees cover guiding, access, and lodging where included, not a guaranteed harvest or a specific animal size.

Gear orders

Shop prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We ship within the United States. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery; contact us first so we can arrange it.

Photos and media

We may photograph or record hunts for our gallery and social media. Tell your guide if you prefer not to appear, and we will keep you out of published material.

Site content

Text, photos, video, and the Frenzy Outdoors name and logo belong to Frenzy Outdoors and may not be reused without permission. We work to keep season dates and pricing accurate, but state regulations change, always confirm details with the state agency before you travel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving our home county.
